WHY WE FUND RAISE:
Our number 1 reason for fundraising is to keep the cost of our team reasonable and accessible for as many youth in the Auburn area as we can. The fees paid to ARD at the beginning of the season only cover Monday through Thursday practice time and competition pool time. All extra routine practices must be funded by our parent board. There are also many misc costs, team gifts, sound system equipment, recruitment efforts and costumes that have to be funded by the board. Thank you for participating in our fundraising efforts!
2023 TEAM SPONSORS
Our team goal this season is to raise $4000 in costume and pool time sponsorships so that many championships routines will have new suits and enough pool time to perfect their routines! It is never too early to start asking businesses/individuals if they would be willing to sponsor a routine. Businesses can write this off as an advertising expense as they will appear on our website and in our watershow program. See the Sponsorship tab for the printable form.
MERMAID SNACK BAR - 2 HOME MEETS, FRIDAY NIGHT CHAMPS, AND THE WATER SHOW
We stand to raise a large chunk of money this season from our snack bar. We will be asking for your help staffing the snack bar during the season but it is never too early to start looking into food/drink donations. If you have a connection that could benefit our team we would appreciate your efforts.
FUNDRAISER - JAMBA JUICE CARDS OR ROUND TABLE CARDS
These cards sell for $10 and $5 and the profit from each card you sell counts towards the $100 fundraising/sponsorship requirement.
SWIM WEAR & TEAM GEAR PURCHASES
Please consider making swim gear and team wear purchases through our 2 online stores. We have a team store through swim outlet that gives the team a 10% commission on all purchases. Swim outlet has all the swimsuits, goggles, towels, head caps, and other swim gear your swimmer might want. Send your friends to our store as well.
